he prices quoted are per apartment and day for the specified number of guests. The local tax of €5.00 per person per day is not included in the prices quoted and will be charged separately. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from local tax. Final cleaning is charged separately per apartment per week. This flat rate also applies to children and pets.

Our apartments can be booked from 7+ nights between Christmas and Easter, and from 4+ days between Easter and Christmas. Shorter stays are possible on request, depending on availability.

No meals are included in the listed apartment price. 

Check-in: from 4:00 pm 
If your apartment is readily cleaned, an earlier check-in is possible on prior arrangement.
If you arrive later in the evening, please let us know in advance.
 

Check-out: until 9:30 am
We kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment by 9:30 am on the day of departure so that our hard-working housekeeping staff can start cleaning works.

In order to confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to transfer the requested amount according to the booking confirmation. We will send you this conformation comprising all the necessary details via e-mail.

If canceled up to 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
If canceled 8 to 30 days before arrival, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
If canceled 31 to 90 days before arrival, 40% of the total amount will be charged.
